KI Minta Putusan Sengketa Informasi Kejati Banten Vs Warga Direalisasi

SERANG,BANTENDAY.co.id – Komisi Informasi (KI) Provinsi Banten, Rabu (10/3/2020) menggelar sidang putusan sengketa informasi dengan nomor register 107/XII/KI/BANTEN-PS/2019. Hasil putusan sidang diminta bisa dijalankan ke dua pihak.

Putusan sidang ke dua ini menyusul adanya kesepakatan antara pemohon dan termohon pasca mediasi ke dua pihak yang di gelar KI Provinsi Banten, Jalan Raya Petir, Cipocok, Kota Serang, Rabu (4/3/2020) pekan lalu.

Termohon, yakni pihak Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Banten bersedia memberikan sejumlah data yang diminta pemohon yakni Suhendar dan Yusman Nur dua warga asal Tangerang.

Luthfi Nawawi Komisioner KI Banten menyebut sidang putusan ini sudah sesuai dengan Peraturan KI (Perki) Nomor 1 Tahun 2013. Apalagi dalam mediasi sebelumnya ke dua pihak sudah sepakat akan menerima dan memberikan data pengelolaan informasi.

“Kejati Banten akan memberikan data (pengelolaan informaai publik) kepada pihak pemohon. Dan mudah-mudahan 16 data pengelolaan informasi yang diminta terealisasi sesuai juga dengan pembacaan sidang. Ke duanya (pemohon dan termohon,red) kan sudah tanda tangan dan putusan sidang sekarang memang berdasarkan hasil mediasi lalu,” kata Luthfi ditemui usai sidang, Rabu (10/3/2020).

Dia melanjutkan, 16 item yang diminta oleh pemohon memang menjadi haknya.

“Suhendar yang juga akademisi sesuai profesinya akan mengkaji data informasi publik di lembaga dalam hal ini Kejati Banten,” tukasnya menambahkan.

Pihak Kejati Banten sejak sidang awal memang ingin tahu maksud dan kejelasan data informasi yang diminta pemohon.

“Memang alasan yang rasional Kejati meminta maksud dan tujuan. Sebab ketika data diberikan jangan sampai nantinya disalahgunakan,” ucap Luthfi.

Sementara Ivan Hebron Siahaan Kasipenkum Kejati Banten menyebut kedatangannya ke KI Banten untuk memenuhi agenda sidang. Dan mengambil hasil tertulis putusan sidang sengketa informasi.

“Kalau secara lisan kan kita antara pemohon dan termohon sudah sepakat. Dan hari ini secara tertulis hasil putusan sidang KI Banten kami ambil,” ujar Ivan.

Sejatinya kata Ivan, Kejati Banten transparan dalam pengelolaan pelayanan sepanjang memenuhi peraturan atau Undang-undang. Jadi sesuai kesepakatan kita telah menunjukan win-win solusi untuk pemohon dan termohon.

“Dari awal kita memang sepakat untuk memberikan data kepada pemohon. Dan nanti di Kejati tanggal 30 Maret data yang diminta pemohon akan diberikan,” tandasnya. (AZ)
