Kepala SMPN 1 Pandeglang, Saryono Hadisuwito.

PANDEGLANG,BANENDAY.CO.ID-Sejumlah orang tua siswa SMPN 1 Pandeglang, mengaku keberatan adanya iuran untuk pengadaan komputer sekolah.

Apalagi iuran pengadaan komputer untuk kegiatan Ujian Nasional Berbasis Komputer (UNBK) Mandiri disekolah menengah itu, tiap kelas atau angkatan nominalnya variatif.

Untuk siswa kelas 7 iuran ditetapkan sebesar Rp250 ribu, sedangkan untuk untuk kelas 8 dan kelas 9 nominalnya ditetapkan sebesar Rp688 ribu. Jika ditotal iuran tersebut akan terkumpul sebesar Rp527 juta dari jumlah siswa sebanyak 984 orang.

Salah seorang wali murid yang enggan disebutkan identitasnya mengatakan, nominal iuran yang telah ditetapkan itu muncul tanpa melalui musyawarah.

“Saat rapat bersama komite sekolah, nilai itu sudah terpampang di proyektor. Kami tidak pernah ditanyakan soal kesanggupan membayar. Jadi kami merasa dipaksa untuk menyetujui jumlah sumbangan tersebut dalam tiga bulan,” ungkap Walimurid yang mengenakan kerudung ini, kepada wartawan di pandeglang, Selasa (24/7).

Menurut wali murid tersebut, dengan adanya perbedaan nominal yang ditetapkan itu, mengherankan terlebih pengadaan puluhan komputer dianggap mengada-ngada.

“Kenapa tidak disamakan saja nominalnya Rp250 ribu. Untuk pengadaan komputer itu kan bisa dilakukan secara bertahap,” ungkapnya.

Sementara Kepala SMPN 1 Pandeglang, Saryono Hadisuwito saat ditemui wartawan perihal nilai partisipasi tersebut, membantah apabila nominal sumbangan disamaratakan dengan alasan pihak sekolah hanya meminta sumbangan bagi orang tua yang mampu.

“Memang angka itu ditargetkan bisa terkumpul tahun ini, sekitar November. Karena rencananya Januari sudah mulai simulasi. Dan Oktober kami pastikan apakah bisa UNBK mandiri atau tidak. Tetapi ada pengecualian bagi wali murid yang tidak mampu,” katanya.

Terkait tujuan dari iuran itu, Saryono mengaku, bahwa hasil partisipasi wali murid itu diperuntukan guna pembelian 3 server dan 80 unit komputer untuk pelaksanaan UNBK mandiri tahun depan.

“Sumbangan yang terkumpul, hanya diperuntukan bagi pengadaan komputer dan server. Pihaknya membutuhkan 115 unit komputer dan 4 server. Sedangkan saat ini, baru tersedia 1 server dan 35 komputer,” terangnya.

Saryono mengaku merasa gengsi jika sekolah kembali numpang ke sekolah lain saat melaksanakan UNBK seperti tahun sebelumnya. Mengingat, sekolah binaannya tersebut merupakan almamater bagi sebagian besar pejabat di Pandeglang, termasuk mantan Bupati Pandeglang, Dimyati Natakusumah.

“Kami ingin menyelenggarakan UNBK mandiri, karena selama ini kami numpang. Padahal SMPN 1 Pandeglang berada di Kota. Masa kita kalah dengan sekolah lain. Akhirnya saya curhat dengan komite dan direspon sehingga dimusyawarahkan dengan orang tua. Kalau pun disetujui Alhamdulillah, jika tidak pun tidak apa-apa,” ujarnya.

Adapun menyangkut nominal yang dibedakan, lanjut Saryono, bahwa hal itu disesuaikan dengan tingkat kebutuhan siswa tiap tingkat. Nominal kelas 7 yang lebih kecil, lantaran dinilai sudah mengeluarkan biaya besar untuk memulai tahun ajaran baru.

“Kelas 7 kan banyak kebutuhan individu yang harus dipenuhi. Beli baju seragam saja minimal hampir Rp500 ribu sehingga beban bagi orang tua. Jadi kami menyadari bahwa kelas 7 banyak pengeluaran yang harus dikeluarkan dalam ajaran baru,” jelasnya.

Meski sudah memberlakukan penerimaan sumbangan, namun Suryono menyebut belum melayangkan tembusan ke Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan setempat. Dia beralasan, koordinasi baru akan dilakukan bila sudah mencapai kata mufakat dengan wali murid.

“Ketika rapat hadir sekitar 70-80 persen wali murid. Tetapi memang kami belum membuat tembusan resmi ke Dindik. Rencananya hasil musyawarah disetujui baru disampaikan,” ungkapnya.(A3)
