Irna Laporkan Akun Medsos Penyebar Berita Hoax Ke Polres

Kuasa hukum Bupati Pandeglang, Irna Narulita saat melakukan konferensi pers
Bantenday, Pandeglang, – Diduga menyebar fitnah perihal kehidupan pribadinya, Bupati Pandeglang, Irna Narulita melalui kuasa hukumnya resmi melaporkan sejumlah akun Media Sosial (Medsos) ke Polres Pandeglang,dengan Nomor: STPL/86/VI/2018/Banten/Res.Pandeglang. Selasa (12/6).

Sejumlah akun Medsos yang dilaporkan oleh Lubis Nasution & Partners, selaku kuasa hukum Irna Narulita diantaranya akun Twitter dengan nama @PiyunganCyber, akun Facebook Deni Iskandar, website piyungancyber.com dan tiga portal berita, satelitkota.com, suitnews.com dan kabarnusantaranews.com.

Seluruh akun Medsos tersebut dilaporkan tentang adanya perbuatan tindak pidana terhadap Bupati Pandeglang, sebagaiamana dimaksud dalam Pasal 27 ayat (3) j.o Pasal 45 ayat (3) UU Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 sebagaimana telah diubah dengan UU Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE) j.o Pasal 310 KUHPidana.

“Setelah kami teliti, berdasarkan hukum pihak-pihak tersebut di atas, secara nyata dan terbuka menyerang kehormatan pribadi klien kami dengan sengaja menyebarkan ujaran kebencian, keterangan palsu dan berita hoax yang mengandung fitnah,” kata kuasa hukum Irna Narulita, Fadli Nasution saat menggelar konferensi pers di Pendopo Bupati.

Fadli menambahkan, perbuatan yang dilakukan tersebut termasuk pada pencemaran nama baikdan perbuatan tidak menyenangkan tanpa adanya konfirmasi terhadap kliennya.

“Perbuatan mereka juga termasuk pencemaran nama baik dan perbuatan tidak menyenangkan di jejaring media sosial, tanpa terlebih dulu melakukan konfirmasi kepada klien kami,” ujarnya.

Menurutnya, seluruh informasi dan pemberitaan yang beredar luas di Medsos merupakan sebuah kebohongan dan fitnah. Karena dinilai telah mengganggu ketentraman klien dan keluarganya dan lebih ironis fitnah itu disebarkan pada bulan suci Ramadan saat kliennya tengah menjalankan ibadah umrah.

“Perbuatan pihak-pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab tersebut, telah merugikan klien kami secara moral dan spiritual, mengingat saat ini klien kami menjabat sebagai Bupati Pandeglang yang dikenal sebagai daerah religius,” jelasnya.

Untuk itu, lanjut Fadli, kliennya berharap permasalahan tersebut diproses secara hukum oleh pihak kepolisian sesuai dengan peraturan dan perundang-undangan yang berlaku dan kliennya juga berpesan agar masyarakat tidak mudah percaya terhadap berita yang belum tentu kebenarannya.

“Dari tanah suci, beliau (bupati, red) menyampaikan salam kepada seluruh masyarakat Pandeglang sekaligus mengucapkan terima kasih atas perhatian dan dukungan dari masyarakat dengan tidak cepat percaya atas berita hoax yang mengandung fitnah tersebut,” ungkapnya.

Laporan ini berawal dari ramainya informasi di Medsos yang menyebutkan cinta terlarang antara Menteri Pertanian, Amran Sulaiman dan Bupati Pandeglang, Irna Narulita oleh akun Twitter @PiyunganCyber.

Sebelum melaporkan akun tersebut bersama beberapa akun lainnya, Bupati Irna Narulita telah memberi klarifikasi bantahan atas berita yang menyesatkan itu. (A3).
